The Hape Crank-Powered Train is a sustainable toy that will never exhaust its power source. When the train starts to slow down and needs recharging, simply use the hand crank to power it back up. Instead of relying on batteries, this train engine operates on kinetic energy. To extend the battery's service life, please charge it at least once a month by rotating the crank for at least one minute.

To operate the button-controlled engine, use the button on the roof to drive the engine forward and turn on its lights.
